General Administrator

Location: Middlesbrough

Type: Permanent, Full-time

About the Company

Our client is a property development group based in the North of England, managing a portfolio of over 2000 residential properties. They acquire properties on the open market, renovate them to standard for rental and resale, and handle all processes in-house including property surveying, renovations, lettings, maintenance, rent collection, property management, legal, sales, and marketing.

Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role
The Role

Working Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, the successful candidate will handle daily administrative duties such as:

  • Logging information
  • Organising tasks
  • Ensuring smooth office operations

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Professional phone manner
  • Data entry and general IT skills
  • Good typing speed
