Overview

£646 per week – CB Forklift / Warehouse Operative. Please note that this position is open to UK applicants only

Job Description

Start immediately and earn £646 per week working for well established manufacturer based in North Scarle.

You will be required to assist the supervisors by delivering a smooth operation, meeting departmental targets and orders and ensuring safety and quality excellence.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Loading and unloading of vehicles
  • Picking orders on Cmex system
  • Ensuring products are stored correctly while maintaining traceability at all times
  • Maintaining food safety standards

Duration: This is an ongoing role with work commencing immediately.

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: The rate of pay for this role is £13.46 an hour for the first 48 hours per week. Overtime is available and this will be paid at an enhanced rate of £20.19 per hour. Please note we cannot offer sponsorship.

Working Hours: The rota is organised on a 4 on 4 off basis, requiring you to work both days and nights, completing 12 hour shifts. This means working 4 day shifts followed by 4 days off, then working 4 night shifts followed by 4 days off. This will then repeat. Day shift times will be 06:00 to 18:00; Night shift times will be 18:00 to 06:00.

Experience & Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will require:

  • An in date Counterbalance Forklift licence.
  • A good standard of spoken and written English
  • Good attention to detail
  • Be able to work well in a team and independently

Having worked in a similar shift pattern would be advantageous.
