Great Bay Community College seeks an experienced Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join a collaborative and student-focused Massage Therapy program where science comes alive through hands‑on application and clinical relevance. This adjunct teaching opportunity allows you to share your expertise in anatomy, physiology, and related sciences while directly shaping the next":[],
the next generation of ethical, skilled massage therapists. Faculty are supported in creating engaging, practical coursework that bridges foundational science with real‑world therapeutic practice.
Semester : Fall and/or Spring and/or Summer Semester
Adjunct Faculty: Massage Therapy Program
The instructor will be responsible for preparing and delivering course content; facilitating student learning in in‑person, online, and/or blended formats; assessing student performance; and maintaining academic and professional standards consistent with program, college, and CCSNH policies.
The instructor will collaborate closely with program faculty, clinical supervisors, and administrative staff to support student success and ensure alignment between classroom, clinic, and program coord.
The instructor must be familiar with and experienced teaching in an in‑person clinic setting and via Zoom.
Adjunct appointments are temporary, for a specified contract period and may require in‑person and/or online instruction.
The compensation rate is $825-$975 per contact hour. Compensation will be determined based on the appointed adjunct faculty rank, which is based on education and industry and/or teaching experience.
The minimum qualifications for the position are as follows:
Education: Bachelor’s degree related to science preferred
Experience: Aminimum of (5) years related teaching and/or professional work experience related to the teaching assignment shall be considered as meeting the subject/content area requirements.
Licensure: Faculty must possess current NH LMT Licensure and current Liability insurance.
