Job description

Job Responsibilities and Requirements

• Manage a team of Service Engineers and Installers
• Responsible for delivery of CP12 landlord certification in line with client’s programme of works
• Undertake Safety and Quality Assurance audits
• Manage end‑to‑end installation process including pre‑survey, management of installation, and carrying out post‑complete sign‑off audits
• Ensure compliance with all aspects of Health & Safety Policy and Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998
• On‑board and induct new Engineers & Installers as required
• Deliver excellent service by building positive working relationships with both clients and internal support teams
• Attend client meetings as required
• Engage in company training as required
• Hold a clean UK driving licence
• Minimum 5 years experience working in the gas industry
• Experience in heating installation and upgrade work
• Current ACS qualifications
• Previous managerial/supervisory experience
