Key Skills & Experience

We're particularly interested in candidates with experience in:

  • System design, installation, maintenance, servicing and repairs on domestic heating systems and appliances
  • Electrical testing and diagnostics
  • Knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, and heating systems maintenance

You should hold relevant technical qualifications, including:

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating (6129, 6089 or equivalent)
  • ACS Gas Safe certifications such as:
    • CCN1 - Core Gas Safety
    • CEN1 - Central Heating/Hot Water Boilers (<70kW)
    • CPA1 - Combustion Performance Analysis
    • WAT1 - Water Heaters
    • CKR1 - Cookers and Hobs
    • HTR1 - Fires

What You'll Need

  • A full UK manual driving licence
  • Willingness to take part in an on-call rota for out-of-hours cover
  • Ability to use mobile devices (tablets/smartphones) and confidently navigate email and job systems
  • An enhanced DBS check (we'll arrange this)
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Original copies of your qualifications

  • You should also have a clear understanding of the risks and vulnerabilities our customers may face, and be someone who can work with empathy and respect at all times.
