Gas Engineer – Worcester Bosch Field Service

Overview

The UK’s award‑winning premium boiler manufacturer is expanding its field service team and is seeking a PAYE Gas Breakdown Engineer in the listed postcode area to undertake servicing, fault‑finding and repair on their boilers (no system work). You’ll receive initial and ongoing Worcester Bosch training, full product support and a company van fully restocked overnight.

Responsibilities
  • Service, fault‑finding and repair on Worcester Bosch boilers (no system work)
  • Assist with initial and ongoing product training
  • Use a multi‑meter and other diagnostic tools
  • Provide customer‑facing support with good communication skills
  • Maintain and report on work using company systems
Requirements
  • Previous fault‑finding or breakdown experience (ideally 2+ years)
  • ACS Core & Boilers certification (CCN1 and CEN1) or willingness to obtain
  • Full UK driving licence – required
  • Ability to work independently and manage own schedule (home‑based working)
  • Experience working on boilers from manufacturers such as Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Viessmann, Baxi, Ideal, Gloworm, Potterton, Alpha Heating, etc.
Salary & Benefits
  • PAYE directly employed with the boiler manufacturer
  • Starting package of £44,384 (base £40,700 + £684 lunch allowance + circa £2,000 company bonus)
