Responsibilities

In this role you will carry out general Repairs and Maintenance in Social Housing properties, achieving first time fix where possible by utilising our 24-hour support network.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
• Hold the Right to Work in the UK
• Minimum 2 years qualified experience
• ACS qualified, including CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, & CKR1
• Exhibit knowledge of all procedures and safety measures to PH Jones and British Gas standards whilst offering excellent customer service
