Qualifications

• Proven experience working in customer service.

• Complete annual gas servicing & repairs according to safety guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain safety standards.
• Report accidents and potential hazards effectively.

Education

ACS qualifications: CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT

Recognised formal qualifications (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)
