Job summary

Overview

Example Recruitment Group are currently recruiting on behalf of a heating contractor operating within the local authority sector. They require self-employed heating engineers for a long-term Social Housing contract in Leeds.

Contract details

• Location: Leeds
• Contract: Council
• Work Type: Installations
• Commitment: Minimum of set 3 days per week
• Contract Length: 1 year +
• Payment terms: Weekly one week in arrears
• Rates: Paid on a price per job - full schedule of rates to be provided

Requirements

• 2 years of qualified experience as a heating engineer
• ACS Qualifications including CKR1 & HTR1
• Gas Safe Registered
• Panel van with bulkhead (plain or sign written)
• Clean DBS Check
• No more than 6 points on Driving Licence
• Relevant hand tools
• Access ladders to reach gutter level, an A-frame, and hop up that conforms to BS EN 131 standards.
