We are seeking a friendly, customer‑focused Food & Beverage Assistant to join our front‑of‑house team. This role is all about creating memorable experiences for our guests through warm hospitality, great communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and serving customers with a positive, professional manner.
• Preparing and presenting hot drinks, including barista‑style coffee.
• Serving food and ensuring tables and restaurant areas remain clean and inviting.
• Delivering excellent customer service at all times, helping to make each visit special.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and previous front‑of‑house hospitality experience.
• Enthusiasm, reliability and a proactive approach to teamwork.
• Flexibility to support additional shifts during busy trading periods.
• Located in the UK with right to work status.
