Groundworks Supervisor - Lichfield

Location: Lichfield
Start Date: 6th October
Duration: 6 Months
Pay Rate: £23-£24 per hour (CIS / UMB) | PAYE options available

We''re looking for an experienced Groundworks Supervisor to lead a gang of 3 operatives on a new civils project in Lichfield. This is a long-term role overseeing day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating a gang of 3 groundworkers
• Overseeing drainage, kerbing, footings, and general civils tasks
• Liaising with site management to ensure smooth progress of works
• Carrying out toolbox talks and ensuring H&S compliance
• Working hands-on when required to support the team
• 6-month run of work
• Weekly pay

Requirements
