You will work closely with the General Manager to enhance customer experiences focused on driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have previous casino management experience, a valid PML license, and a passion for customer service. This role requires effective team leadership and compliance with regulatory requirements, operating in a dynamic 24/7 environment.

As a Gaming Operations Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of gaming excitement. You’ll oversee all gaming activities within the casino, including table gaming, electronic gaming, and poker, ensuring each area operates effectively, efficiently, and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborating with the General Manager, you’ll contribute to bringing the Grosvenor Business Plan to life, focusing on enhancing customer excitement, driving business growth, and maintaining an exceptional casino experience for our customers.
Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence among your team, promoting high standards of customer service, and innovating gaming operations that excite and entertain guests.
