A government agency in Leeds is seeking a Future Ways of Working Lead to spearhead strategic initiatives that enhance workplace practices across the civil service. The Workplace Experience Team is a high-performing, motivated and collaborative team responsible for delivering a portfolio of customer-focused work that includes Future Ways of Working, the Customer Experience function and Customer Insight.
The Future Ways of Working team is responsible for embedding and evolving modern working practices across the civil service. Following the successful delivery of the smarter working programme the Future Ways of Working team are responsible for sustaining a network of smarter working practitioners to help inform and influence future ways of working which continues to build on the principles of flexibility and choice.
Aligning with the wider GPA interoperability programme the Future ways of working lead will be responsible for establishing the next iteration of ways of working that will continue to support Government Hubs operating effectively but also develop a new set of principles that will be key enabler to delivering greater sharing of Government workspaces.
The Workplace Experience Team is a small team who support a broad base across GPA and so there may be times when the successful candidate may need to support other areas across the team.
