A prominent financial institution in London is seeking a Funds Financing Vice President to lead the structuring and execution of credit facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in funds finance products including subscription lines and hybrid facilities. Join us as a Funds Financing Vice President
As a Funds Financing Vice President, you’ll be responsible for the structuring and execution of term and revolving credit facilities with particular focus on subscription, hybrid, or general partner facilities. You’ll analyse and review potential transactions including their structural risks and return profiles and you’ll develop new structures, products, and business opportunities to support evolving customer needs.
Recognised as a product subject matter expert, you’ll support customer facing teams with product knowledge, marketing materials, and ideas to aid customer origination. You’ll also support the development and maintenance of client relationships, income streams, or new business opportunities.
We’re looking for a someone with knowledge of the core funds finance lending products including subscription line, hybrid, and general partner facilities. You’ll be familiar with relevant legal documentation including LMA and LSTA and you’ll have an understanding of risk analysis and assessment.
You’ll be an excellent team player with strong analytical skills, advanced Excel skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work to tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy. You’ll also have experience of analysing complex financial information and structural features to inform product structuring to deliver customer requirements. Experience in structuring or investing in securitisations covering CLOs and SRT transactions would be highly desirable.
