Overview
As a fundraising campaign manager you will be responsible for developing, executing, and evaluating fundraising strategies to secure financial support for our organization's mission. The role requires strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills to manage various campaigns and donor types, such as major donors, corporate partners, and the general public.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies and plans, including goal setting, budget management, and resource allocation.
- Identify, research, and engage prospective donors, including individuals, corporations, foundations, and other entities, to solicit contributions.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of campaigns, managing online platforms, organizing events, and ensuring all activities align with the overall strategy.
- Create persuasive fundraising messages, gather compelling donor stories, and develop personalized communications for supporters.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and insights to evaluate success, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Track campaign budgets, process invoices, and provide income forecasting to meet financial objectives.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong public speaking and writing abilities for creating compelling appeals.
- Exceptional ability to organize, multitask, and manage various campaign elements efficiently.
- Proficiency in data analysis to monitor campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and fundraising/donor management software.
- Strong relationship-building skills for donor stewardship and team collaboration.
