Your future, as a Functional Workstream Project Manager at mydentist

You'll be joining our transformation team within our office called Support Centre , which is in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG).

• The role is a full time FTC for 12-18 months
• Hybrid working arrangements - 2-3 days in the support centre
• Supportive and experienced team

Your future, your role

As a Functional Workstream Project Manager you'll be :

• Leading the functional workstreams of our IFS (ERP) implementation project, reporting directly to the Project Director.
• Managing a diverse, matrixed team including business process owners, functional consultants, business analysts, developers, and testers.
• Leading the Facilities, Finance, and Procurement functional workstreams from design / build through to post go-live support.
• Defining workstream goals, deliverables, and success criteria; establish process governance and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Ensuring compliance with IFS best practices, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Preparing and delivering regular workstream status reports and communications to the Project Director and all other key stakeholders.

Your skills

• 4+ years of project management experience leading functional workstreams in complex ERP implementations (e.g., IFS, SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Infor)
• Involvement in at least two full lifecycle ERP or Finance Systems projects in a leadership or consulting role.
• Strong understanding of ERP delivery phases, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience managing cross-workstream dependencies (e.g. with Data, OCM, Infrastructure, etc.).
• Background as a Functional Consultant with mid-tier or enterprise ERP systems to demonstrate relevant knowledge of the subject matter in at least one of business process functions.
