Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Management team in providing high-quality Childcare and Education.
  • Plan Educational Activities for children in full day care services.
  • Maintain child to staff ratios following Ofsted and Trust procedures.

Understanding of the Early Years Goals and Foundation stage
Good organisational skills
Effective communication skills both verbal and non-verbal
Safeguarding training

Education

NVQ level 2 in Childcare and Education
Good general level of education including Maths and English
