A professional services firm in Daliburgh is seeking an experienced HR leader for a fixed-term role focusing on People Systems, Reward, and Policy. This position involves managing compensation and benefits, leading HR strategy, and overseeing employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have a CIPD qualification and strong analytical skills. This is a key role within the People Operations team, requiring excellent communication and project management abilities.
A brilliant fixed-term contract role leading on People Systems, Reward, and Policy for a professional services firm for 18 months, covering Maternity Leave. As part of the People Operations team, this position has oversight across the employee lifecycle and contributes to the wider People Strategy, while managing direct reports and collaborating across HR functions.
The ideal candidate will hold a CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above, or equivalent) and have experience in reward management, HR systems, and policy development. Strong data analysis, reporting, and visualisation skills are required, alongside the ability to manage projects, budgets, and employee relations. Knowledge of employment law within the Channel Islands is desirable. A professional, resourceful approach and the ability to build rapport at all levels are essential.
