Qualifications

• Ability to lone work safely and conduct outdoor shifts in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Engage and build trust with rough sleepers across Camden.
• Conduct street-based assessments and follow-up casework.
• Support clients into temporary accommodation and essential services.
