We're looking for an experienced, smiley and engaging server to join our Natter Team.

Overview

BARISTA SKILLS MAKE YOU A PRIME CANDIDATE.

Looking for someone to work during the week and weekends (3/4 days a week). If you have great communication skills, being a quick thinker and passionate about delivering top quality service & working as a team in our friendly community‑focused independent cafe, then the job is for you!

Typical hours: 8:00–16:00 Mon–Sat; 9:00–15:30 Sun.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently (table service)
  • Serve meals and beverages promptly
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of dining areas
  • Upsell additional products when appropriate
Skills
  • Proficiency in basic maths
  • Knowledge of culinary terms and dishes to assist guests with menu choices
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
