Job Advert: Front of House Staff – Westhampnett (Industrial Estate)

We are looking for friendly, confident, and customer-focused Front of House Staff to join our on-site catering cabin, serving food and drinks to workers on a busy industrial estate in Westhampnett. This is a great role for someone who enjoys building rapport, working efficiently, and providing excellent service in a fast‑paced but friendly environment.

Role Details:

• Serving customers from a reconditioned catering cabin
• Table and counter service as required
• Immediate start available
• Minimum 5 days per week, with 6 days available if preferred
• Weekend work included as part of the rota
• Hourly rate dependent on experience

Requirements:

• Previous catering or hospitality experience is essential
• Confident, approachable, and able to build good rapport with regular customers
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ideally hold a Level 3 Food & Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
