Job description

As a Food Service Worker, you will mainly be working front‑of‑house. You will support day‑to‑day operations by serving food and beverages to our customers, alongside till work, cleaning dining areas and supporting both front and back‑of‑house areas. You will provide excellent customer service and report to the General Manager on site. You must be eligible to work in the UK, be at least 21 years old, and have resided in-country for a minimum of 3 out of the last 5 years to obtain CTC clearance. Security checks are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Serving food and beverages to customers, ensuring all health and safety protocols are adhered to and excellent customer service is always provided.
• Stocking up, stock rotation, facing up, spot cleaning, cleaning dining and serving areas, both front and back of house.
• Operating the till and processing cash and card payments, ensuring you process any financial records accordingly. You will also be serving on the food counters and upselling products/sizes.

Qualifications

• Previous customer‑facing / food service experience is desirable, however full training will be given on site.
• For this role you must be 21+.
• Must have eligibility to work in the UK and have resided for longer than 3 years. Security checks are required for this role.
• Must have reliable transport due to the location of the site and limited public transport.

Remuneration & Benefits

We are offering a zero‑hour, permanent position. You will be working as required – any hours, any days.
