A pioneering immersive entertainment company is seeking a FOH & Bar Manager for The War of The Worlds: The Immersive Experience. This full-time role involves overseeing guest services, managing bar operations, and driving sales while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Our unique approach combines live theatre, digital technology (virtual reality, projection mapping, and holograms), and physical sensations (sight, sound, smell, touch, and movement) to craft unforgettable immersive experiences.
As a pivotal member of our management team, you will embody the essence of Layered Reality, spending a majority of your time in guest facing areas. This dynamic role encompasses a wide array of responsibilities, ensuring every day brings new challenges and opportunities. Your primary responsibilities include duty management of live operations and equipping our teams with the tools they need to excel in their roles and consistently deliver excellent customer service. You will play a vital role in driving sales across the venue, motivating the team to effectively upsell products and continually enhance the overall guest experience.
You will be a highly self‑motivated, service focused individual, with a wide variety of management experience working across the events & hospitality industries. Previous experience managing FOH & Bar departments in hospitality, theatre, events, entertainment or visitor attractions is preferable.
A personal licence or first aid qualification is desirable but not essential, willingness to undertake these qualifications is a requirement.
