Front End Software Developer – London - £45,000

What we need is…

We are seeking experienced developers to form the core platform development team, these developers will lead efforts in building our Core systems covering both public facing websites, private APIs and back office systems. The main development effort across our portfolio come from this team; working closely with the Architecture team on strategy, design and implementation.

Things you will need to have…

• 3 years+ experience working on large scale website projects (single or multiple clients)
• Experience with ReactJS, jQuery, HTML5 and CSS
• Excellent understanding of design methodologies such as responsive web
• Interaction with REST APIs
• Good understanding of, and passion about Test Driven Development methodologies

It would also be great if you had…

• Previous working knowledge / experience of push messaging (websockets etc)
• Understanding of multi layered caching including CDN, previously working experience with magic quadrant vendors such as Fastly / Cloudfront would be serious advantage.
• Some previous experience with a back-end language (e.g. PHP, Java)
