A leading fresh produce service provider in the UK is seeking a QC / QA Supervisor to oversee a team ensuring high-quality standards across products. The role involves managing team performance and ensuring compliance with customer expectations. Candidates should have supervisory experience in Quality Control, preferably in fresh produce, and strong communication skills. The position offers a salary of up to £34k.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Quality Control, at Supervisory / Team Leader level.
• Fresh Produce knowledge, with exposure to Fruit products advantageous.
• Team player, confident to make decisions and work alone when required.
• Ability to communicate at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small QC team to ensure all product is checked and approved to the highest quality standards.
• Communicate between departments on product usage and rotation.
• Manage the team to ensure all standards are met and logged appropriately.
• Ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
