Job summary

A prominent travel and hospitality group in the UK seeks an experienced French-speaking Sales, MICE & Events Manager. This role involves leading a team of sales professionals, driving revenue growth, and managing relationships with trade and MICE partners. You will have a base salary of £76,000 with a 20% performance bonus and generous travel benefits. A strong background in sales and team leadership is essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in trade/MICE sales, ideally within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
  • Proven people management experience, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Knowledge of e-distribution channels, OTAs, and digital integration tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of 8 sales professionals across trade and MICE channels.
  • Drive revenue and market growth through indirect sales and M&E partners.
  • Build strong long-term relationships with trade and MICE partners.
