This is a fantastic opportunity for a fluent French and Dutch speaker to play a key role in delivering exceptional customer care to consumers across the Benelux region.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Acting as the first point of contact for consumers, handling product queries and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Managing customer interactions across multiple channels – including social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
  • Proactively engaging with consumers online, ensuring timely and accurate responses that reflect the brand’s tone of voice.
  • Working collaboratively with subject matter experts and quality specialists to deliver best‑in‑class customer experiences.
  • Following clear procedures and processes to meet quality and service standards.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in French and Dutch with strong English language skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, empathetic approach.
  • Previous customer care experience (ideally in the food industry).
