Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Parts D, G, and J of the Network Code.
• Understanding of railway signalling principles and operating practices.
• Good knowledge of national railway geography.
• High-level understanding of train planning disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Freightliner’s access rights and manage Track Access Contract.
• Negotiate Network Change proposals to benefit operational capacity.
• Develop Supplemental Agreements reflecting operational needs.
• Influence infrastructure projects for freight operations.
