Role Overview

We are hiring on behalf of a leading global player in the AI space. This remote, part‑time contract role requires a dual mindset: half creative visionary, half analytical planner. As a Creative Content Strategist, you will help train AI models to think big picture. You won't just look at individual sentences; you will evaluate how the AI ideates, structures campaigns, and adapts its creative voice to meet specific strategic goals and audience personas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and test high‑level content strategies to train the AI on how to plan campaigns, not just write individual assets.
  • Evaluate AI‑generated creative concepts (e.g., ad angles, blog topics, social media series) for originality, relevance, and strategic alignment.
  • Create complex prompts that require the AI to brainstorm, role‑play as a brand strategist, or solve creative marketing problems.
  • Analyze AI outputs to determine if they successfully capture the intended "brand voice" and emotional hook requested in the prompt.
  • Rewrite generic or flat AI ideas into compelling, strategic concepts to serve as "gold standard" training data.
