The selected candidate will oversee daily site operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure the highest quality standards throughout the 6-8 week assignment. A strong background in managing luxury housing schemes, along with essential certifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid), is required. This position offers day rates of £250-£300, depending on experience, and payment can be made via CIS, Umbrella, or PAYE.
