A leading Roofing and Cladding Contractor in the United Kingdom is seeking a Freelance Site Manager to oversee cladding and sheeting works on a Power Station. The ideal candidate must possess Nuclear Clearance - CTC and have experience in site inductions and subcontractor management. This role starts ASAP and is expected to last until the end of February 2026 with potential for extension. Strong communication skills and meticulous paperwork updates are essential.

The project in question is cladding and sheeting works on a Power Station.

The candidate must have Nuclear Clearance - CTC upwards.

Duties

• Site set up Inductions
• Dealing with sub contractors
• Making sure all works are checked and signed off
• Daily reports daily communication with contracts manager
• Making sure all paperwork is updated everyday
