Qualifications

• Solid experience as a Quantity Surveyor across residential and/or commercial project delivery.
• Exposure to loss and expense work, with the ability to handle more complex aspects where required.
• Strong understanding of standard forms of contract (NEC/JCT desirable).

Responsibilities

• Manage core QS duties across residential and commercial projects.
• Support cost planning, forecasting, and commercial reporting.
• Review contract terms and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Work with operational teams to gather and validate project data.
• Assist in maintaining strong commercial governance and risk management.
