Freelance Music Centre Assistant, Hourly Rate £14.85 per hour

Bristol Beacon is the South West's largest concert hall, promoting musical excellence, creative learning, and community engagement. Our newly refurbished concert halls and Music Education Centre are central to our mission of uniting people through the joy of live music.

Responsibilities

You’ll welcome young musicians, manage sign-in and safeguarding processes, support tutors, help keep sessions running safely, and be a reassuring point of contact for parents and carers. From setting up rooms and instruments to assisting with concerts, you'll play a key role in creating inspiring musical experiences for children and young people.

We're Looking For
  • Have experience working with young people (or are keen to learn)
  • Are reliable, organised and confident communicating with families
  • Have an interest in music education
  • Can work evenings and weekends across Bristol
  • Hold or are willing to obtain an enhanced DBS check
