Job description

We’re looking for a passionate and creative freelance Junior Social Executive to join our broader marketing team. You will have a solid understanding of today’s social platforms, a love for digital storytelling, and the ability to shoot high quality content using an iPhone.

You’ll play a key role in supporting FitFlop’s social team, helping to coordinate engaging content across multiple channels, and assisting with content creation, scheduling, community management, and asset organisation. You’ll also be responsible for assisting with day-to-day administrative support across the wider team.

The Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Support incoming briefs for Organic and Paid Social, capturing content that reflects FitFlop’s brand ethos.
  • Content Ideation: Help pull and suggest creative content ideas to support ongoing brand campaigns and moments.
  • Sample management: Organise and manage product samples for social content shoots.
  • Prop sourcing: Find and source props to enhance visual storytelling for FitFlop campaigns.
  • Admin Support: Assist with administrative duties such as managing team schedules, coordinating meetings and arranging events.
The Person
  • Genuine interest in fashion and footwear, with a passion for FitFlop’s brand and social media presence.
  • Confident in shooting and editing content using an iPhone.
  • Basic design/editing skills in tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Figma, CapCut, or similar.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing business needs.
  • Up-to-date with social platforms and emerging digital trends.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and keen to learn and grow within the FitFlop team.
