Job Description: Learners are at the centre of everything we do so we are committed to safeguarding and promoting their welfare. DUTIES

• Deliver a timetable of teaching, learning and assessment as agreed with your Tutor Delivery Manager.
• Plan qualification delivery in collaboration with team members, ensuring compliance with all external requirements.
• Ensure support systems are प्रधानमन्त्री to facilitate positive retention, achievement, and progression.
• Complete all E‑registers in a timely manner to the required standards.
• Monitor attendance and performance of learners and report to management.
• Ensure learner requirements are dealt with quickly and effectively.
• Deliver teaching, learning and assessment, ensuring a positive learner experience and timely achievement.
• Complete individual learning plans and progress reviews, including setting of SMART targets.
• Complete assessment and documentation to meet awarding body, audit and organisational requirements.
• Submit portfolios in a timely manner for and summative verification, working with the IV to ensure quality improvement.
• Undertake learning and development activities as required and maintain CPD records.
• Contribute to learner disciplinary action where appropriate.
• Attend standardisation and team meetings at designated centres to develop team and individual performance.
• Promote safe working practices and safeguard learners in line with current H&S legislation and LCG Safeguarding and Prevent policies.
• Conzect your role in line with company values and expected behaviours.
• Promote equal opportunities and recognition of diversity throughout the company.
• Comply with Safeguarding, Prevent, and Health and Sication Policies.
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Provide learners, customers and colleagues with support, advice and guidance as part of your everyday role.
