Job Description: Learners are at the centre of everything we do so we are committed to safeguarding and promoting their welfare. For this role, we will carry out adverse media checks, DBS checks and may ask information related to previous convictions if shortlisted for interview.
DUTIES
- Deliver a timetable of teaching, learning and assessment as agreed with your Tutor Delivery Manager.
- Plan qualification delivery in collaboration with team members, ensuring compliance with all external requirements.
- Ensure support systems are प्रधानमन्त्री to facilitate positive retention, achievement, and progression.
- Complete all E‑registers in a timely manner to the required standards.
- Monitor attendance and performance of learners and report to management.
- Ensure learner requirements are dealt with quickly and effectively.
- Deliver teaching, learning and assessment, ensuring a positive learner experience and timely achievement.
- Complete individual learning plans and progress reviews, including setting of SMART targets.
- Complete assessment and documentation to meet awarding body, audit and organisational requirements.
- Submit portfolios in a timely manner for and summative verification, working with the IV to ensure quality improvement.
- Undertake learning and development activities as required and maintain CPD records.
- Contribute to learner disciplinary action where appropriate.
- Attend standardisation and team meetings at designated centres to develop team and individual performance.
- Promote safe working practices and safeguard learners in line with current H&S legislation and LCG Safeguarding and Prevent policies.
- Conzect your role in line with company values and expected behaviours.

- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

- Hold a Level 3 Teaching Qualification.
- Hold an Assessing Qualification.
- Relevant occupational experience in the sector you are applying for.
- Level 3 and above sector qualifications.
- Access and use of your own resources.
