Job summary

A national property services company is seeking freelance Domestic Energy Assessors throughout the UK. You will create Energy Performance Certificates and have the flexibility to accept or decline work as it suits you. Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent communication, reliability, and must have the necessary qualifications, including a valid Assessor ID and relevant insurance. Qualifications

• Must have a DBS, Disclosure Scotland, or AccessNI certificate dated within the last 3 years.
• Valid Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Create Energy Performance Certificates for properties.
• Accept or reject appointment invitations based on personal schedule.

Overview

We're currently looking for freelance Domestic Energy Assessors throughout the UK, who are qualified to create Energy Performance Certificates and are looking for additional work on an ad hoc basis.
