The role requires excellent writing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to generate ideas that align with commercial and customer objectives.

Your Responsibilities

• Create written content for web, CRM, and social platforms with the assistance of AI tools.
• Conduct regular reviews of the website, update key statistics, and ensure accuracy of all published materials.
• Contribute to the development of new pages, concepts, and campaign ideas.
• Research and explore applications of AI within content and marketing workflows.
• Draft CRM communications and push notifications in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Support social media monitoring, idea generation, reporting, and guided content production.
• Review and interpret dashboards, provide feedback, and monitor performance metrics.
• Suggest optimisations to improve conversions and engagement, with scope to implement and measure results.

Your Profile

• Proven content and copywriting experience, ideally within finance, fintech, or related sectors, with an extremely high standard of written English.
• Demonstrable knowledge of financial services and ability to communicate complex topics clearly.
• Ability to create and review AI‑assisted financial content compliant with UK regulatory standards, including FSMA, FCA, COBS and FSCS requirements.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Based in the United Kingdom, with ability to work remotely and deliver to deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with confidence in interpreting data to guide decision‑making.
• Proactive approach, strong organisational skills, and attention to detail.
