FP&A Manager £75,-£80,

My client is looking for an FP&A Manager to join their business. As they continue to grow, they are seeking an experienced and highly motivated FP&A Manager to join the team and contribute to ongoing success.

Its very advantageous if you have experience in the retail sector or a working for a consumer brand, within a finance capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
  • Analyse financial performance, including variance analysis, and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Partner with various departments to gather relevant data and ensure alignment of financial goals.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and assess financial risks and opportunities, recommending corrective actions where necessary.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
  • Identify key trends and risks
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting and close
  • Business partner with key stakeholders in the business, both in the UK and internationally
  • Support and collaborate with the team
Additional Requirements for the Role
  • Fully qualified in ACA / ACCA / CIMA
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance or a related field, preferably within SaaS- based tech businesses, consumer or retail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Industry experience in SaaS-based technology companies, retail, consumer products, and / or media preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial software and ERP systems is a plus.
