A global sustainability company is seeking an FP&A Analyst located in Milton, UK. This hybrid role requires part-qualified CIMA or ACCA with at least two years’ experience in finance. You'll support forecasting and management reporting, take ownership of key deliverables, and provide insights to senior management. Opportunities for professional growth through sponsorship for CIMA/ACCA are available, along with a commitment to equity and diversity in the workplace.
Location: Abingdon (Hybrid) – minimum 2 days per week in office
Reporting to: Head of FP&A
Are you a part or newly qualified CIMA or ACCA (or have equivalent experience) with at least two years’ experience in a finance team, ideally in FP&A, commercial finance or management accounting? Join us to support forecasting and management reporting for senior management, board and lenders in this hands‑on role in a lean, high‑impact FP&A team.
In year one, you'll have mastered the reporting cycle, be confident owning the forecast and budget processes, and be a trusted partner to budget holders. You'll have identified ways to automate and improve how we work. Beyond that, the trajectory is yours to shape. We want someone who'll progressively own more of the function, not wait to be told what's next. For the right candidate, this role is a genuine pathway to Head of FP&A.
We’re committed to developing our people. We’ll sponsor your professional accountancy qualification (CIMA or ACCA) and provide training in the analytical tools we use (PowerBI, Workday Adaptive, Power Query). You’ll be joining a team that values clarity over complexity, cares about getting the detail right, and isn’t afraid to challenge each other constructively.
Please apply if you’d like to work for a global company that is helping make the working world more sustainable, safer, cleaner and fairer, with great colleagues and a good pay and benefits package. We welcome applications from armed forces veterans, reservists and their families. We are committed to equity, diversity and inclusion in our practices and workforce.
