Your Responsibilities

An opportunity has arisen for an FP&A Analyst, a newly created position within the ADM Investor Services business, based in the City of London. The FP&A Analyst will play an important role in supporting financial planning, forecasting, analysis, management reporting, and performance insight across ADM Investor Services International Limited (ADMISI). This new role reflects the company’s continued focus on strengthening its financial analysis and management information capabilities. Reporting to the Director of Finance & Treasury, the position focuses on enhancing the accuracy and quality of financial information to support informed decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities
Management Reporting & Analysis
  • Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly management reports, including P&L analysis.
  • Analyse financial performance against forecast, prior periods, and key performance indicators.
  • Prepare reports and commentary to support ExCom, Board and Global Leadership reporting.
  • Contribute to the development of the new Management Financial Reporting Pack, providing structured divisional analysis and trend reporting.
Financial Planning & Performance Insight
  • Support financial planning and forecasting activities, ensuring outputs are aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify and explain key drivers of performance across business areas, highlighting risks and opportunities.
Systems & Process Development
  • Use the new General Ledger Microsoft D365 system to enhance data accuracy, improve automation, and streamline reporting.
  • Assist in developing new reporting templates, data extracts, and dashboards to improve efficiency.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance financial control and data quality.
Ad‑Hoc Support & Analysis
  • Provide analysis for strategic initiatives, business cases, and other ad‑hoc requests from senior management.
  • Assist in financial modelling and scenario analysis to support decision‑making.
  • Collaborate with other Finance team members to ensure consistency and accuracy of reporting outputs.
Your Profile
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Part‑qualified / qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA).
  • 2–5 years’ experience in FP&A, management accounting, or financial analysis (financial services experience advantageous).
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (Power BI or similar) desirable.
  • Experience of Microsoft D365 preferred.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and P&L analysis.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and confidently.
  • Proactive and organised, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Analytical and commercially focused, with a genuine interest in understanding business performance.
  • Collaborative team player who works effectively across departments.
  • Adaptable and open to changes and improvements that are imminent in our systems and processes.
  • Reliable, diligent, and committed to continuous learning and development.
