A local educational institution in Poole is seeking a part-time Foundation Instructor/Technician to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). The role involves managing food operations, developing vocational skills, and providing tailored support in a nurturing environment. Here at Bournemouth & Poole College, we are looking to recruit a Foundation Instructor / Technician on a part-time, term time only, permanent basis (32 hours). In return you will receive a competitive salary of £24,263 - £26,372 per annum, pro rata.

Instructor / technician to join our team and provide support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). As a Foundation Instructor, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment within our cafe setting where students can develop vocational skills, socialise, and gain confidence in their abilities. Your role will involve not only developing practical skills related to cafe operations but also providing individualised support to meet the unique needs of each student whilst also preparing them for the world of work through activities like sport and drama.
