Overview

HGV 2 DRIVER REQUIRED IN DERBY.

Based in the Midlands this role will see you making collections of household white goods from recycling sites and making deliveries to scrap yards.

Due to the nature of this position, the role does require heavy handballing, however you will have a drivers mate to assist with the deliveries and collections of white goods.

Responsibilities

• Collect household white goods from recycling sites.
• Deliver white goods to scrap yards.
• Assist with handballing heavy loads with a driver’s mate.
• Ensure punctuality and adherence to shift times.

Qualifications

• A valid HGV Class 2 licence.
• A valid digi‑tacho card.

• Comfortable with handballing heavy loads.
• Hardworking and punctual.

Remuneration & Benefits

• Pay: £15.50 per hour.
• Shifts: Monday to Friday, 04:00‑06:00 start, 8‑10 hours per shift.
• Holiday: 28 days per year pro rata.
