FLT Driver - Category B1

£14.00 per hour

Coalville

Temp to perm

Hours: Rotating shifts – 05:30‑13:30 and 13:30‑21:30.

Hamilton Woods are currently working with a well-established manufacturing business based in Coalville.

Duties & responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift truck to transport materials within the site.
• Load and unload deliveries with accuracy and efficiency.
• Store products systematically using the internal stock management system.
• Conduct pre‑operational safety checks and maintain equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Support team operations, including stock organization and site cleanliness.

Essential skills & qualifications

• Must have a Category B1 or B2 FLT license.
• Proven experience in operating forklifts in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts and adapt to business needs.
