Job description

Our client, a fast-growing company in the cosmetics industry, is seeking experienced Forklift Drivers to join their dynamic Warehouse Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a thriving business where precision, care, and efficiency are key. You’ll be responsible for operating both counterbalance and reach trucks, handling high-value cosmetic products.

We have a range of shifts available to suit different schedules:

Shifts and pay

• Counterbalance & Reach FLT Drivers — Monday to Thursday (Nights): 18:00 to 06:00 | £13.00 – £13.50 per hour
• Counterbalance & Reach FLT Drivers — Friday to Sunday (Days): 06:00 to 18:00 | £13.25 – £13.60 per hour
• Counterbalance & Reach FLT Drivers — Friday to Sunday (Nights): 18:00 to 06:00 | £13.75 – £14.10 per hour
• Warehouse Operator with Counterbalance Licence — Friday to Sunday (Days): 06:00 to 18:00 | £12.43 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move, locate, stack, and relocate pallets and IBC containers
• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
• Conduct daily safety checks on all equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records
• Follow all site health and safety policies
• Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and organised
• Report any damage, faults, or maintenance issues

Requirements

• We accept valid, expired, and in-house licences, and full in-house training will be provided. Whether you’re seeking weekday night shifts or weekend work, we have options to match your availability.
