Job Title: Warehouse Operative (Flexi & Counterbalance Forklift)

Location: Letchworth
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
Contract: Temporary (1st December – 24th December 2025)

Join our team for a short-term assignment in Letchworth! We’re looking for skilled warehouse operatives with forklift experience to support operations during the busy pre-Christmas period.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Flexi and Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload goods from vehicles and storage areas.
• Move stock around the warehouse and ensure accurate placement.
• Assist with general warehouse duties including picking, packing, and stock control.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Valid Flexi Forklift License and Counterbalance Forklift License.
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and reliability.

Shift Pattern

• Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
• Friday: 7:00am – 3:00pm (39.5 hours per week)

Start Date: 01/12/2025
Finish Date: 24/12/2025
