Forklift Counterbalance Driver

The Job People are looking for Forklift Counterbalance Drivers to join a busy production factory in Leamington Spa. CV31 within the Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain Industry.

Location

Based in Warwick, Leamington Spa.

Salary & Hours

• Fixed AM shift starts 05:00 - 13:00 Monday to Friday: £13.50 per hour, £14.63 when permanent with Shift Allowance.
• Fixed PM shift 13:00 - 21:00 Monday to Friday: £15.00 per hour, £16.25 when permanent with Shift Allowance.
• Hourly pay depends on shift, up to £16.25 per hour. Shift allowance applicable.
• Temp 2 perm roles.

Requirements

• Full driving licence - required.
• International driving licences accepted.
• Previous experience operating a Counterbalance FLT (ideally 6 months minimum).
• Experienced in loading machines from conveyor belt systems.
• Loading and unloading from delivery vehicles.
• Loading and unloading onto conveyor belts.
• Follow all processes trained.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Work unsupervised where required.
• Adhere to health and safety rules on site.
