About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy steelworks team in Eastleigh. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced environment, ideal for someone who takes pride in safety and efficiency.

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday

Rotating shifts: 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00 (rotating weekly)

1 in every 3 Saturdays (paid at time and a half)

Role & Responsibilities

• Safely operate a counterbalance forklift in a busy environment
• Load and unload materials efficiently and accurately
