FLT Counterbalance Driver

Location: Torrington Avenue, CV4

Pay Rate: £12.30 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Contract: Ongoing / Temp to Perm opportunities available

Start: Immediate

Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a well-established warehouse site based in Coventry (CV4 area).

The Role:

You will be responsible for operating a Counterbalance forklift to support daily warehouse and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating Counterbalance FLT trucks safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Moving stock within the warehouse and yard
• Carrying out daily FLT safety checks
• Supporting goods inwards and despatch
• General warehouse duties as required
• Adhering to all health & safety procedures

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a valid Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB / ITSSAR / AITT)
• Previous FLT and warehouse experience
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
