Job Overview

Our client a specialist egg distributor are looking to recruit a Flt Driver/ Warehouse Operative. You will be working together with the Warehouse manager and warehouse team to deliver a safe and seamless operation. The position is temp to perm. Paying £14.00ph. Monday to Friday up to 45 hours a week, with flexibility to work between 0500 - 16.00 Overtime payable after 45hrs worked. A good degree of numeracy is required.

Responsibilities

• Use of a counter balance FLT
• The receiving of goods and checking of respective paperwork.
• The safe storage and distribution of goods to other warehouse departments.
• The handling, packing and labelling of eggs.
• Grading of eggs and quality control.
• Following verbal and written instructions.
• Manual handling (Moving boxes, using pallet truck)
• Loading and Unloading of lorries.

Qualifications

• A valid counter balance Flt licence is required for this role.
• Due to the rural location of the company having your own transport is essential.
