A healthcare provider in Maidstone seeks a resilient Social Worker to join their multidisciplinary team, ensuring high quality care for patients in a secure hospital setting. The role involves compiling social history reports, identifying discharge barriers, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Candidates must hold a Social Work qualification and have experience in mental health settings.
Please note: at this stage, the role is open only to colleagues currently employed within Kent and Medway NHS Trusts and the Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board (ICB).
